Do you provide customised items?

Currently not taking any orders for customised items until further notice.


Can I exchange an item?

No exchange on any items.


Can I get a refund?

Refund is available on items that may have been damaged during shipping.
Please email shop@womanishaffairs.org if item arrives damaged.


Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is now available.


How can I track my order?

All UK and international customers are provided with a tracking number once orders are shipped.


What should I do if I haven’t received my parcel?

This is very unlikely to happen, however, if for whatever reason you do not receive your parcel, please contact shop@womanishaffairs.org with your proof of payment and the issue will be looked into.
